Refund policy

Without the stress of being stuck with an item you don't like, we understand the difficulties of shopping online and will ensure to provide top-notch service so you will always be happy shopping with us!
1. General Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return or exchange for items purchased through our website within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

The item has been delivered to the customer (i.e., marked as fulfilled and received).

The item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

The customer is able to present a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).
Note: Any product returned in a damaged condition, or without its original packaging, will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Refunds Require a Return – Strict Policy
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstance without a successful return of the delivered product to our facility.

Products still in transit (not yet delivered) are not eligible for a refund.
➤ The customer must wait for delivery, and only then may initiate a return process. -
Unfulfilled orders or packages marked as “in delivery” cannot be refunded.
➤ Refund eligibility begins only after confirmed delivery. -
In all cases, customers are required to return the received item before any refund request is considered.
This policy is in place to protect both our customers and our company from fraudulent claims and to maintain the integrity of our return system.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following categories of products are not eligible for return or refund:

Intimate or sanitary goods

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Items explicitly marked as “non-returnable” at time of sale
4. Return Shipping
Customers are fully responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
5. Refund Process
Once a returned item is received and inspected:

An email will be sent to confirm receipt and to notify the customer of the refund approval or rejection.

If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to the original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not been received within the expected timeframe:

7. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a digital gift certificate will be issued via email.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
Customers who receive a damaged or defective item must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing infoquranicjar@gmail.com, along with:

Your order number
Damage claims made after 48 hours from delivery will not be eligible for resolution.
